The quiz runs in your browser. The current attempt is stored in sessionStorage for this tab and is cleared when the tab closes. If storage is blocked, the quiz still runs, but a reload will not restore it.

If analytics is enabled, the browser sends event names such as quiz start, answers, and permission results to http://quiznest.co.in/api/events. Those records keep an event id, a session id, the quiz id, and a short technical reason. They do not include a push endpoint or encryption keys. Allowed advertising parameters clickid, t1, t2, and t3 are stored only when they are present in the page address. Raw events are deleted after 30 days. A short-lived rate limit is kept in server memory and is not written to the event file.

If you allow notifications, the subscription is saved by the existing push service at https://dino.winnerfound.com/pushserv. That request includes the page address and the same advertising parameters, because that is how the existing service records a subscription. Turning notifications off on this site stops further sends and unsubscribes the browser subscription when the browser allows it. It does not change the browser permission by itself.
